Our Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday, February 1st immediately following the 10:00 am service.    Note that this is open to all, with only members having the opportunity to vote.

There is no requirement for pre-registration to attend the AGM. The AGM will not be livestreamed.  Per the LCOS Constitution Part VI, Section 7, quorum to proceed with the meeting is 35 voting members. The protocols that will be followed will be the same as last year. That means for the election of the 2026 Board members, we will be holding a confidential paper ballot. Ballots with the names of the nominees, plus brief bios, will be provided to each member at the meeting. Members are then asked to mark a “Yes” or “No” vote for each candidate. Two scrutineers will then tabulate the results and advise the Board Chair during the AGM meeting. The Board Chair will then announce the results to the congregation. All other voting, i.e. acceptance of the reports, will be held via a show of hands.

If you have any questions, please contact Bob Montgomery (403) 660-8421.

A Potluck Lunch will follow the AGM. Food should be table ready.    A-M Sandwiches  N-Z Salad or Dessert

We are looking for volunteers to join our team, creating PPT Slides for Sunday worship services. If this is something you might be interested in please speak to Judy.
