The Annual General Meeting will be held on Jan 28th at 10:00 am. The schedule for the day includes Services at 9:00 am and 11:00 am with the Annual Meeting held between Services. We will have hotdogs after the 11:00 am Service. If the Annual Meeting is not completed by 11:00 am it will be adjourned and resume after lunch. Everyone is welcome to speak at the AGM. However, due to government regulations, only members of LCOS may vote.
Due to the Annual General Meeting, we’re going to have a special Young Explorer Event, led by the youth. There will be crafts, games, science, and so much more, as well as Bible teaching. Parents are invited to drop their children off, and to join the Annual General Meeting which will be happening at the same time.
