Welcome Back Youth!

Hey youth,  

Although it’s almost time to go back to school, that means it’s almost time for youth events to start up again! Here’s our Fall Schedule! Check out the attached September and October cards too. Hard copies are available at the church for you to take home, or to give out to your friends.  

Saturday September 9th at 6pm – Youth and Tween Potluck Meet and Greet with Parents Bring out your parents to this combined youth and tween launch event. We’ll share a potluck meal at 6pm, bring a salad, desert, or main course. Afterwards, we’ll compete in some fun family specific games. Registration forms for the year will also be available.  

Friday September 22nd at 7pm – Parkour Join us as we try our hand at parkour. We’ll be participating in the open gym time at Breathe Parkour in their South location. Cost is approximately 18$.  

Friday September 29th to Sunday October 1st – LOGOS Retreat Registration deadline is September 15th. Cost is 70$ for first two youth to sign up. This is a retreat at Camp Kuriakos, for youth that have been confirmed. You’ll be joining other youth from our synod in a fun, challenging weekend. Contact Jesse for more information or to register.

Friday October 13th at 7pm – InjaNation Trampolining Cost is approximately 30$. We’ll be heading up north to InjaNation for a fun night of Trampolining. Make sure to fill out the online waiver form beforehand!  

Friday October 27th at 7pm – Host Halloween Party for Families In celebration of the 500th anniversary of the Reformation, we’ll be hosting a Halloween Party for the families of our community. Each youth will run a certain station/activity for any kids and families that join us for the evening.  

Looking forward to seeing you all back! Don’t forget our Sunday classes at 10am as well, where we’ll be tackling the hard questions of our faith. Our first class will be September 17th!
